Tristate Athletics Half Year Prep programs will begin Friday, November 6th. Sign Up TODAY! Please see the detailed information below regarding the 2015-2016 Half Year Season.
Our half year program is geared towards athletes ages 7 to 18 who desire the all star cheer experience with a shorter commitment time while competing and gaining new skills.  Our half year teams are also perfect for athletes that also participate in other sports during the year.  Teams will focus on proper technique and execution of stunts, jumps, motions, tumbling, and choreography. Throughout the season our staff will also focus on building confidence, instilling teamwork, and developing our athletes.
The half year prep season at Tristate runs from November through March.  Athletes will practice every Friday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and Sunday from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.   Depending on the schedule, there will be times the practice schedule will change due to events.  We will give a complete practice and competition calendar the first week of practice
The half year prep athletes will perform/compete 6 to 7 times during the season. There is no travel or overnight stays required for these programs.  All competitions are one day local events on either a Saturday or Sunday.  Below is the performance/ competition schedule.

To participate, athletes need a completed current waiver. We update our cheer files yearly and ask everyone to complete the waiver which can be found on our website.  During the first week of practice athletes will receive a packet of information which includes an information sheet, debit authorization form, and policy manual.Once the packet is received we ask that everyone complete the needed paperwork and return to the office as soon as possible.  To help complete your athlete's cheer file we will need a copy of their birth certificate and insurance card.  Athletes will also receive a commitment agreement during the first month of practice.  We ask that all parents complete their commitment agreement by November 13th.
Tuition at Tristate Athletics is divided into multiple categories and payment dates.  Please see the details below regarding our payment structure for the 2015-2016 Prep Season.  We will also review all payment information at the November parent meeting so that all families have a complete understanding of our program costs.  We pride ourselves in being up front with all costs and required expenses for the season.  The November parent meeting details will be sent by email once the season begins.   
Gym Fees: The gym fees are auto-debited from the account on file on the 1st of each month from November through February per athlete.  The gym fee for the half year program is $90.00 per month.
Registration Fee: Each athlete will pay a yearly registration fee of $25.00 for our prep season. This fee is auto-debited from the account on file on November 13th.
Uniform Fee: NEW uniform this season for all of our prep teams!  All Tristate Athletics athletes will wear the newly designed uniform for the 2015-2016 season.  The cost of the uniform is $130.00.  Uniform payments are not auto-debited and must be paid in the office by November 13th. A uniform fitting time will be scheduled in the month of November.  Fitting details will be sent in a separate email once the season begins. 
Fixed Fees: There are multiple expenses for the prep cheer season that have not been included in the above categories. We combine these expenses in the fixed fee category.  Fixed fees include: competition make-up, competition hair bow, competition music, team choreography, competition registration fees, Nfinity evolution sneakers, a practice outfit which includes a competition cover up tshirt and short, athlete credentials, end of season celebration, etc. Fixed fees are paid in 3 installments of $137.80 at the beginning of the season from November 15th through January 15th.  Fixed fees are not auto-debited from the account on file and must be paid in the office. Parents that wish to pay their fixed fees in full will receive a 6% discount on their fixed fees.

2015-2016 Full Year Cheer Season


Tryout fee per athlete is $35.00. Tryout fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to trying out.

Athletes Ages 3-6 are encouraged to enroll in our Little Neutrons Tiny Prep Interest List in our online classes.


Referral Program
Attention all current athletes and parents:  Refer a new athlete to Tristate and you will receive a $25 credit per athlete!  To receive the credit, the new athlete must enroll in the fall tumbling session for the entire session and have an up-to-date payment history.
